It has come to our attention that scammers have been using our brand name and logo to deceive individuals across various WhatsApp and Telegram groups.

At PolicyStreet, we take your security seriously, and we want to ensure that you are aware of these malicious attempts. We advise everyone to stay vigilant and avoid engaging with any communication that comes from sources other than our official channels. 

Please refrain from sharing any personal or sensitive information with these unverified entities, as any communication not sent through our verified channels is considered fraudulent.

Official Channels to Verify PolicyStreet Communication

To ensure that you’re receiving communication from us directly, here are our officially verified channels:

Remember, we will never ask for your banking details or request any funds to be transferred. We also will never ask you to download any APK files, and at this time, we do not have any apps available on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

If you receive such requests, please recognise them as fraudulent and avoid downloading any unfamiliar files to your devices.

How to Handle Suspected Scams

If you suspect that you’ve been targeted by fraud or have interacted with a scammer, it’s important to act immediately. We recommend contacting your bank to protect your finances and reaching out to the Malaysian National Scam Response Centre at 997 for further assistance.
