1. Free Road Tax ('Campaign') is organised by Polisea Sdn. Bhd. ('PolicyStreet').
2. By participating in this Campaign, the Customer agrees that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms set by PolicyStreet, including all decisions related to this Campaign ('Terms and Conditions'). Your continued participation signifies your agreement to be bound by any revisions to these Terms and Conditions.
3. By participating in this Campaign, the Customer agrees to receive communications via email and WhatsApp, including promotional content from PolicyStreet.
1. This Campaign shall run from 25th January to 31th July 2026. For the avoidance of doubt, participation is strictly limited to the period commencing on the 25th of each month and concluding on the end of each month (“Campaign Period”).
2. PolicyStreet reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Campaign at any time before or during the Campaign Period without prior notice.
1. The Campaign is open to all customers who purchase Motor Insurance Products from the PolicyStreet website ('Customer').
2. Customers are eligible for a 100% discount on their road tax (capped at RM90) when they renew or purchase car insurance with PolicyStreet, and add the Drive+ Membership. This benefit is available for a limited time.
3. If the road tax price exceeds the capped discount, the customer shall bear the remaining cost.
4. The Campaign applies to all types of cars, regardless of year, make, model, and variant.
5. The Campaign is only applicable to purchases made through PolicyStreet website during the Campaign Period, while purchases made after the Campaign Period are deemed not eligible.
6. Promo codes are not valid during the Campaign Period. However, referral codes remain valid and can be used.
7. The Campaign does not apply to cars that:
- Use NGV (Natural Gas for Vehicles)
- Are used for e-hailing services
- Have outstanding summons
- Have a road tax that has been expired for more than 3 years
- Are used as commercial vehicles
- Have a deceased owner
- Are unable to renew road tax online
1. Drive+ is open to all Customers.
2. Drive+ is priced during the campaign period at RM0 for Lite, RM39.90 for Standard, and RM69.90 for Premium, as part of a limited-time promotion.
3. Membership is valid on an annual basis and must be renewed upon expiry.
4. The Customer can purchase Drive+ exclusively from the PolicyStreet website.
5. Customers may choose to enroll in any available Drive+ tier.
6. Customers may choose to opt out of the Drive+ membership at any time during the purchase process.
7. Each Customer is entitled to only one (1) Drive+ membership and all benefits are strictly non-transferable.
8. Membership cards will not be issued.
9. PolicyStreet reserves the right to terminate Drive+ at its discretion with thirty (30) calendar days’ notice.
Customers who purchase Drive+ during the campaign period are entitled to the following benefits:

Discount rates apply to specific membership tiers, depending on the benefits applicable under these terms.

3. Free Road Tax Handling Fee
Handling fees for both digital and physical road tax renewals are waived.
4. Loyalty Rewards
1. The Customer is entitled to receive up to RM80 worth of vouchers and discounts (“Loyalty Rewards”), which include:
1. RM20 discount on your next motor insurance renewal, automatically applied at checkout
2. RM40 Bateriku cash voucher, which includes:
- RM20 discount on a new battery
- RM20 trade-in rebate
- Free 24/7 delivery
- Up to a 20-month battery warranty

2. Loyalty Rewards are non-transferable, cannot be sold or exchanged, and are valid only for the intended recipient.
3. Each Customer is entitled to ONE (1) Loyalty Rewards package per year.
4. Expired Loyalty Rewards cannot be reissued or extended.
5. Any unused Loyalty Reward will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.
6. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or misrepresentation of information during redemption may result in cancellation of the Loyalty Rewards, and may be subject to legal action.
7. PolicyStreet reserves the right to modify, cancel, or revoke the Loyalty Rewards at any time, without prior notice.
5. Prioritised Assistance for Car Insurance Renewals
Members receive priority support for their car insurance renewal process.
6. Step-by-Step Guidance for Claim Submissions
a. Members will receive personalized support for submitting insurance claims through our Customer Service channel, with step-by-step guidance and follow-up to ensure a smooth process.
b. PolicyStreet provides guidance on claim submission but does not submit claims on behalf of customers.
c. For avoidance of doubt, PolicyStreet does not offer legal advice for claims. Customers should seek legal consultation from qualified professionals if needed.
1. The Customer shall ensure and guarantee that all details provided are true and/or accurate. PolicyStreet is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided.
2. The Customer will receive their car insurance policy and/or road tax within ONE (1) working day if purchased during our working hours or by the next working day if purchased outside working hours, provided it does not require further approval from the insurer.
3. The digital road tax will be sent to the email address provided during purchase or renewal.
4. If the Customer chooses to receive a physical road tax, the delivery shall be fulfilled by MyEG.
1. PolicyStreet reserves the right to change, amend, modify, suspend, continue, vary, terminate, and/or add on to all or any parts of the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign at any time without prior notice and without incurring any liability.
2. The Customer agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified against all claims, losses, damages and/or expenses arising from any infringement or violation of any third party's rights concerning the participation in this Campaign.
3. Any cancellation, termination, withdrawal, or suspension of this Campaign by PolicyStreet will not entitle the Customer to any compensation for any loss or damage suffered, directly or indirectly, due to such actions.
4. In the event that the Customer cancels their policy, the full discount amount will be automatically deducted from the refunded premium amount.
5. Any suspected fraudulent activity, abuse, or manipulation of the Programme, including attempts to falsify information or circumvent these Terms and Conditions, will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any reward. PolicyStreet strongly advises Customers to exercise vigilance against fraudulent communications.
6. PolicyStreet advises the Customer to take reasonable precautions when receiving phone calls or messages requesting personal information. PolicyStreet will never ask for sensitive personal information via unsolicited calls or messages. For verification, contact official Customer Service channels.
7. By participating in this Programme, you agree to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia and PolicyStreet’s Privacy Policy (https://www.policystreet.com/privacy-policy).
8. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
