Follow these simple steps to start and track your motor insurance claim.

If applicable:

  • Lodge a police report (within 24 hours)
  • Take photos of the scene and vehicle damage
  • Record important details of the incident

Contact Your Insurer & Submit Required Documents

Contact Your Insurer & Submit Required Documents

Notify your insurer as soon as possible and follow their claims process.

Be prepared to provide:

  • Date, time, and location of the incident
  • Description of what happened
  • Police report (if applicable)
  • Photos of the damage
  • Driver's licence
  • Vehicle registration documents
  • Other supporting documents requested by your insurer

Assessment & Repair

Your insurer will assess the claim and guide you on the next steps.

Depending on your claim:

  • Vehicle inspection may be required
  • Repairs may be carried out at an approved panel workshop
  • Additional information may be requested before approval
